 Get two black lights and set them up at mid-court. Have everyone wear a white shirt that night. Mark one team with electrical tape on their shoulders so they know who has what team. Make sure to get a glow-in-the-dark basketball and then hang red glow sticks on one rim and green glow sticks on the other rim. Caution: the first time I tried this I used a normal basketball wrapped in reflective tape but the tape just reflected the black in the black light.
