Music is a powerful medium.

Kids listen to it daily. They know the words, they are familiar with the videos... why not use this medium to start Biblical discussions?

That's exactly what we've done. You've seen a few of these music discussions featured in this EZINE lately. Check out those and MORE on our new MUSIC DISCUSSIONS page!

ALL of these discussions feature:
  • The MAIN POINT that we are trying to get across
  • The LYRICS of the song that we're using to jump start the discussion

A Sneak Peak at Episode #3: In episode #3 Jonathan records remotely in Colorado with Dare 2 Share author/speaker Greg Stier and Dare 2 Share's resource director Lane Palmer. Join these three as they take a look at the rapid growth of YouTube in the "Youth Culture Window" section. Then Greg tackles the "Seven Sins" of evangelism, sharing some experienced insight about the areas we often mess up in sharing our faith. They go on to talk about the brand new MUSIC DISCUSSIONS page on The Source's web site and some of the criticism that music discussions have stirred up recently- Greg speaks frankly about the use of "modern poets" and backs it up Biblically. They close the episode by answering youth ministry questions in the "Help Me" section.
